Taktek, LLC builds and runs several products, each on its own site. These terms apply to all of them. Each product also publishes its own terms on its site. Those terms cover what the product is and what it costs. Both apply. Where they differ, the product's own terms win.
Who Taktek is
Taktek, LLC is a software company. It builds its own products. It also builds and operates sites that sell services for other people. Taktek, LLC is not a law firm, an accountancy practice, a bank or a licensed adviser. It does not give professional advice.
Where somebody else does the work
Some Taktek sites sell a service that a third party performs. On the company formation sites, lebaneseoffshore.com, lebanesesarl.com, lebanesesal.com and lebaneseholding.com, Hobeich Legal performs all legal work. Hobeich Legal is a practice in Beirut. Taktek runs the intake, the paperwork and the payment. Taktek does not perform or supervise the legal work.
Where that is the arrangement, the professional relationship is between you and the firm, on the firm's own engagement letter. The product terms on that site say so. They also say what the firm is responsible for.
What you are buying
The product page and the checkout say what the payment covers, what it costs and what happens next. That description is the agreement. If something you were promised is not on the page or in the product terms, ask before paying.
Payment
Prices are shown in US dollars unless a page says otherwise. Payment is taken by Stripe. Taktek never sees or stores your card details. Where a payment is the first of two, the page says what the rest is and when it falls due.
Refunds
Each product sets its own refund test. What counts as delivered differs between products. That test is in the product's own terms. It is the one that applies. Where a product sets none, anything not yet delivered is refundable on request.
Refunds go back to the card that paid. If you think something has gone wrong, write before filing a dispute with your bank. It is faster. It is the only route where somebody can fix the problem.
What is not promised
Timelines are estimates unless a page calls them a guarantee. Nothing here promises an outcome that depends on a third party, such as a public authority, a registry or a bank. Taktek is not liable for a delay caused by a third party, or by information arriving late or wrong.
What you must do
Give accurate information and keep it current. Where a product needs documents from you, send them as asked and on time. Do not use a Taktek product to break a law or to get around one.
Your information
What is collected and who sees it is set out in the privacy notice. A product's own privacy notice sets this out where that product collects more.
Changes
These terms change when the business does. The date at the top is the last time they were reviewed. A change does not apply backwards to something you have already paid for.
Governing law
Each product's own terms name the law that governs it and the courts that decide a dispute about it. For the company formation sites, that is Lebanese law and the courts of Beirut. Where a product names none, the law of the state where Taktek, LLC is registered governs these terms.
